I have turned on the delivery options page, but when I press checkout the delivery options page is not shown.

Below are some cases that could cause the delivery options page to not be shown:

• Have you installed any discount or upsell apps in your store? (Also applies to merchants who have uninstalled these apps)
• Do you have any cart drawers, cart drop downs, or cart pop ups?

If your store does not meet the above cases, it might be related to a loading speed issue. Our app is subject to other factors that could limit its loading speed, such as the presence of other apps that are utilising the checkout button, or the users’ network speed. If the problem persists, please contact our support.

Have you installed any discount or upsell apps in your store? (Also applies to merchants who have uninstalled these apps)

If you have installed a discount or upsell app that applies discount codes or adds products directly on the checkout page, this could cause HK Pickup Options to not be shown when users click “checkout” on the cart page. 

If you currently have a discount or upsell app installed:

• Quantity breaks
• If you have other discount or upsell apps installed, or you have the above app installed and you cannot trigger the HK Pickup Options delivery options page, please contact our support. Our team can help to investigate if we can accommodate these apps. However, the issue usually requires both app developers to accommodate for each other’s app, and we cannot guarantee that we can help all cases.

If you have installed a discount or upsell app but have uninstalled them from your store:

• There could be leftover scripts from these discount or upsell app in your store’s live theme. You can usually find these in you store’s theme.liquid. You can remove or comment out these scripts, which will allow HK Pickup Options to work with the cart’s checkout button. If you need assistance, please contact our support.

Do you have any cart drawers, cart drop downs, or cart pop ups? 

If your store has a cart drawer, cart drop down, or a cart pop up which cannot trigger the delivery options page, please contact our support. Our team might need to request access to your store in order to help tag the relevant checkout button to be compatible with HK Pickup Options.
