Updating the delivery & pickup options page app embed block within your theme

The delivery & pickup options page is added to your store as an app embed block within your designated theme. 

You can make the following adjustments to the app embed block:

Preview the delivery & pickup options page in a backup theme first 

From the HK Pickup Options dashboard page, click "Add Page" from the Delivery & Pickup Options section.

In the pop-up, select a non-published theme that you would like to preview the HK Pickup Options page and click "Add Page" again.

You can then toggle the page on under the "App embeds" tab.

Select where you would like to display the delivery & pickup options page

Within the app embeds section of your theme customize, select where you would like to display the delivery & pickup options page. There are two options:

• Show page on cart page & cart drop down / cart drawer - Select this if your theme has cart drop down or cart drawers, and you redirect customers to the checkout page from either of these elements.
• Show page on cart page only - Select this if you always redirect customers to the cart page before proceeding to checkout. This option has the benefit of only injecting necessary scripts on the cart page

Remove the delivery & pickup options page from a theme

If you do not want to show the delivery & pickup options page on any of your themes, simply go into your theme customize (online store > themes > customize), and go to theme settings. 

Under app embeds, find the "Delivery & pickup options page“ selection, and switch the toggle off. 

Remember to save, and the delivery & pickup options page will not appear after customers click "checkout" from the cart page or cart drawers.
