Thank you for your interest in using our HK Shipping Labels app! Our app can help with fulfilling your orders with S.F. Express directly from the Shopify dashboard.
Key requirements
To start, please note that there are a few key requirements in order to use our app:
- You will need a S.F. Express account to use our app
- You must have a Hong Kong Business Registration for your business
- You will need to sign an authorization letter to acknowledge that our app will be creating shipping labels on your behalf through your S.F. account.
S.F. Express account
If you have a S.F. Express account already:
- On the onboarding flow, please fill in the form with your account information.
- We will pass this to S.F. Express
- S.F. Express staff will reach out to you to verify your account information with you
- You will need to sign and mail back copies of the authorization letter to S.F. Express
- S.F. Express will process the authorization, and will notify us when the process is ready
- We will email you directly once HK Shipping Labels is ready to be used on your store.
If you do not have a S.F. Express account
- If you have a HK Business Registration, please input as such on the onboarding flow
- Fill in your details on the onboarding form
- We will pass this to S.F. Express
- S.F. Express staff will reach out to you to kick start the account sign up with you
- You will need to sign and mail back copies of the authorization letter to S.F. Express
- S.F. Express will process the authorization, and will notify us when the process is ready
- We will email you directly once HK Shipping Labels is ready to be used on your store.
Authorization letter
As our app will be creating shipping labels using your S.F. account on your behalf, S.F. Express requires that you sign a documentation acknowledging and providing authorization.
When S.F. Express reaches out to you, they will provide the authorization letter. Please follow S.F. Express instructions to sign and mail back copies copies of the letter.
