Troubleshoot

  • I've made changes to the checkout & system settings, but they are gone now. What can I do to revert the changes?
  • My cart page has a T&C checkbox that shoppers must tick before checking out, but it is being skipped after installing HK Pickup Options. What can I do?
  • Can I restrict pickup options to certain products?
  • I have turned on the delivery options page, but when I press checkout the delivery options page is not shown.
