HK Pickup Options is currently focused on providing a solution to merchants to add localized pickup options on the frontend of Shopify stores. Fulfillment can be done separately at your retail store, or with S.F. Express directly.
For retail store pickup:
- After you receive the Shopify order from your customer, you might want to check inventory at your offline retail store or deliver the package from your warehouse to your retail store.
- Once you have confirmed that the order is eady for customer to pickup from your retail store, you can go to Shopify admin > order > fulfilled to trigger a Shopify system email to customer.
For S.F. Express orders:
- After receiving the Shopify order, the S.F. Express location code is included in the shipping address of the order.
- You can use the information from the order, such as the location code, contact name, contact phone number, to fulfill directly with S.F. Express. To learn more about fulfilling with S.F. Express, please find more information at their official website.
